Kickboxing
The Kickboxing classes blend striking techniques from Western boxing, Muay Thai, Savate, and Thai boxing. Students learn punches, kicks, knees, and elbow strikes, as well as defensive maneuvers like bobbing, weaving, slipping, and blocking to avoid attacks.
Students develop strength, agility, endurance, and self-confidence, gaining practical striking skills for fitness, sport, and self-defense in a safe and supportive environment.

At PCAA, our instructors plan lessons based on their experience and often find inspiration in two curriculum systems:

Sensei Erik Paul's STXKickboxing system.

Guro Dan Inosanto's Filipino Kickboxing.
Both systems are hybrid systems combining elements from Muay Thai (Thai Boxing), Savate (French kickboxing), Western Boxing and Filipino Martial Arts (FMA)
